Math Labs
Nandha Central School has most extensive Math Labs and it provides and develops Math Lab resources. The school provides the services of the staff to help the child confidently access the Math Lab resources.
Science Labs
NCS enhances academic capabilities and potential of every child by giving opportunities to spend time with the science lab equipments. A team of experienced teachers dedicated in their profession are ready to be the helping hands for every child’s scientific enquires.
EVS Labs
There is a child – friendly study space in EVS lab for the students of level I, II, III of Montessori.
Art and Craft Room
If we visit the art and craft room of Nandha Central School the emerging talent of our students can be witnessed.
If any student is into indoor games, recreation, health, fitness, then there is Multipurpose Hall for him/her. The Multipurpose Hall has the following facilities.
- Health and Fitness studio
- Indoor games hall for caroms, chess, Table Tennis
- Dance floor with mirrors
- Yoga Centre
The Dance and Yoga staff assists the students.
Music Hall
Opportunities to perform vocal music, to make vocal and instrumental music are provided in the Music Hall with all advanced Musical instruments. Music-making starts with the keyboard which is included even in Montessori curriculum. Expert in Music handles the classes to maximize the potential. The Music Club produces wide range of events during the year.
Library
Nandha Central School library offers large collections of English, Tamil, Hindi books. The library provides enough space for the child to read with patience and silence.
Educators’ Room
The root of learning process is in the staff room. In Nanda Central School we call it as educator’s room. Educators’ room is not the room for relaxation but it is rather a knowledge sharing room. The educators’ have easy access to the Internet facility for twenty four hours with in their office.
Internet Facility
Teaching and learning in NCS is supported by first class facilities. Free access to Internet to everyone at any times brings the world closer to the learner and educator.
Digital Class Rooms
Combining the study of innovation, technology and science during the formative years of a child with disciplines will give him/her additional skills to succeed in the work place. With the innovation and teaching excellence NCS is able to produce the students with highly developed communications, problem-solving , team learning, lateral thinking skills and abilities. Digital Class Rooms play a vital role in this process.
Competitive Exams
International and national competitive examinations like Science Olympiad , Maths Olympiad , Cyber Olympiad, National Science Talent Search Exam ( NTSE ) State level Science Talent Search Exam , Graded Examinations in Spoken English ( GESE ) of Trinity College , London and International Assessment for Indian Schools ( IAIS ) of University of New South Wales , Australia and International Spelling Bee Contest are organized in the school .
